Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:Manage a team responsible for package software application project execution and allocate resources with senior management to define departmental the timely delivery of software technical guidance to team quality control and ensure adherence to coding collaboration with other departments and and address project risks and issues.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and project managementProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies Proven experience in leading software development projectsTechnical knowledge in package applicationsEffective communication and leadership skillsOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant cloud certifications (e.g. PMP CTO or MBA) or advanced training a plus
