ملخص الوظيفة
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and asbuilt drawings for infrastructure projects including roads drainage utilities and earthworks.
- Ensure drawings comply with local authorities standards (e.g. Dubai Municipality RTA ADDC).
- Coordinate with engineers site teams and consultants to clarify drawing requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create accurate drawings.
- Revise drawings based on engineer and client feedback.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience preferably in the UAE.
- Strong background in infrastructure drafting within a contracting company.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other drafting software.
- Knowledge of roadworks utilities sewerage and stormwater systems.
- Familiarity with municipal regulations and authority approvals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
