Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities across a complex large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on similar design and or construction projects

• Proven experience in cost estimation contract administration and financial control

• Strong knowledge of measurement standards valuation processes and commercial practices

• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts variations and interim payments

• Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is highly desirable

• Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates budgets and bills of quantities

• Manage measurement valuation and certification of works

• Assess and negotiate variations claims and final accounts

• Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts

• Administer subcontractor agreements and payment processes

• Support commercial reporting and financial control activities

• Liaise with project teams contractors and stakeholders on commercial matters

Qualifications :

Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering Construction Management or a related technical discipline
