Requirements
Barista Responsibilities
We are looking for a Barista to prepare and servehot and cold beverages including various types of coffee and tea.
Baristaresponsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu makingrecommendations based on their preferences upselling special items and takingorders. To be successful in this role you should have customer service skillsand knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able towork various shifts. Note: this positions compensation includes salary and tips.
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities
Weare looking for a skilledshift supervisorto help us create anawesome customer experience and keep things in good order.
Ona daily basis youll supervise employees during your shift and make sure thatthey complete their tasks and are motivated to work skillsinclude contributing to the production strategy byknowing the business goals and how to achieve them. Youll also act as areference point for employees and customers ready to fix problems that occasionallyarise.
Ultimatelyyoull help maintain our business reputation by ensuring daily duties arecompleted and goals are met.
Area Manger Responsibilities
Weare looking for an experienced Area Manager who has leadership andproblemsolving skills to manage managers in certain geographical locations.
Your duties include providingtraining and development for staff ensuring quality consistency across theregion and increasing sales and profitability in their region.Minimize cost and labor byreviewing schedules and inventory use. Visit stores to evaluate operationscleanliness and efficiency of each area.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
We are looking for aRestaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver ahighquality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant Managerresponsibilities include maintaining the restaurants revenue profitabilityand quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation as well asmaintain high production productivity quality and customerservice standards.
Management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. Wewant you to know how to oversee the dining room checkin with customers andbalance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is alsoessential as youll hire qualifiedCooksandWaitStaffset work schedules oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health andsafety restaurant regulations.
