The Product
AstraTech is a leading digital ecosystem in the UAE building next-generation financial and lifestyle products for millions of users. Our platform spans digital banking payments e-commerce services and communication tools - all integrated into a single unified experience.
As we expand our financial services suite we are scaling our consumer lending capabilities across SNPL/BNPL Easy Cash Cash Now and other credit offerings that power smarter faster and fully digital borrowing experiences.

The Position
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager - Consumer Lending to define and own the strategy roadmap and execution of our lending products.
You will drive the full lifecycle of consumer credit offerings collaborating closely with engineering design data risk compliance and operations to deliver seamless compliant and high-performing lending experiences.
This role is ideal for a product leader who understands both fintech and regulated banking environments and can balance strong strategic thinking with execution excellence in fast-moving digital ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of consumer lending products - from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
Define the product strategy roadmap and success metrics aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Develop customer-centric features that improve acquisition approval speed repayment flexibility and overall UX.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering design data risk operations and compliance to deliver high-quality on-time releases.
Work closely with banks fintech partners and vendors such as FintechOS Camunda M2P AECB etc.
Ensure seamless integration with credit decision engines LMS and third-party platforms.

Compliance & Risk Alignment

Ensure all features meet CBUAE AECB and internal governance requirements.
Work with risk and compliance to define credit policies approval rules and user flows aligned with regulations.

Data-Driven Delivery

Monitor performance metrics customer behavior funnel efficiency NPS/CSAT and credit KPIs.
Identify opportunities for innovation through data insights customer research and market trends.

Leadership & Execution

Lead mentor and guide product managers and analysts within the lending domain.
Drive structured product processes including discovery research prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
Communicate product vision key decisions and roadmap changes to senior leadership.

Your Experience
We expect you to have strong expertise in the following areas:

10 years of product management experience in consumer lending or digital credit.
Strong background in banking or regulated financial institutions plus exposure to BNPL/SNPL Easy Cash and instant loans.
Proven success launching and scaling lending or installment products in digital/mobile ecosystems.
Deep understanding of credit lifecycle underwriting risk assessment loan origination and collections.
Experience working with credit bureaus (AECB) LMS decision engines and workflow tools.
Excellent stakeholder management - able to drive discussions across tech risk compliance and business.
Data-driven mindset strong analytical ability and customer-centric approach.
Strong communication and leadership skills including managing and mentoring product teams.
