ملخص الوظيفة
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance with international accounting standards and the integrity of the companys financial operations. The role requires hands-on experience in auditing IFRS and knowledge of UK USA and Dubai accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS UAE UK and USA financial reporting standards.
- Lead internal and external audits coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
- Prepare financial statements reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required compliance measures.
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger management.
- Develop and implement financial policies controls and procedures.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably in F&B FMCG or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS US GAAP UK GAAP and UAE accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with audits and financial compliance.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
