Franchise Manager Al Farooj (UAE & GCC)
Location: UAE with regional oversight across GCC
Key Responsibilities:Franchise Development & Expansion
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in the UAE and GCC markets.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
Support new outlet openings ensuring operational readiness.
Operational Oversight
Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards quality and service.
Conduct regular audits and operational visits to maintain performance.
Monitor sales profitability and KPIs of franchise outlets.
Training & Support
Train franchisees and their teams on operations service and brand values.
Provide ongoing support to optimize business performance.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement regional promotions.
Ensure local marketing activities align with Al Faroojs brand guidelines.
Reporting & Communication
Report performance challenges and opportunities to corporate management.
Serve as the primary focal point between franchisees and corporate.
Requirements
Minimum 57 years of experience in franchise or multi-unit restaurant management.
Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC F&B market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel across the UAE and GCC frequently.
