Educated Households is a higher-tier household staff agency based in London placing lite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in London the Middle East and worldwide: .
On behalf of our international Clients based out on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah in Dubai we are urgently seeking two exceptionally-experienced live-in Tagalog-speaking Housekeepers with experience in childcare cooking & laundry.
This is a small semi-formal household imminently relocating from London over to Dubai with two boys aged 11 & 9 years old who will start school in Dubai by the end of August 2025.
The boys are adorable: kind active and adventurous. The languages spoken at home are English Russian & French.
As things stand the family has a PA & two rotational nannies. The Principals are likely to also work with a couple of housekeepers a chef a driver a head of security/driver and a butler. More staff may join in at a later stage. The chef will cater for the family the guests and the staff s meals in residence.
The Clients have had loyal staff for years who have worked with the family for 10 or 20 years hence the Principals wish any additions to the team to work seamlessly. The Principals tremendously value loyalty integrity and valuable work ethics.
The two expertise-driven Housekeepers that we are seeking for our Clients will have shared charge or sole charge of the children. The Housekeepers will directly report to the Principal(s) and to any representatives handpicked by the Principals. The Housekeepers must be able to work both independently & collaboratively wholeheartedly mucking in when required in the daily running of the household as well as attending to guests when events are held in residence or off site as & when instructed by the family.
The Housekeepers should work on a binomial basis in this spacious residence: one Housekeeper should be able to assist with cooking breakfasts meals and requests for the children. The other Housekeeper could then specialise in extended laundry.
General duties will include but not limited to:
- Helping with the children (there are 2 nannies on rota in residence).
- Maintaining the interior of the home to a high standard.
- Cleaning.
- Being in charge of the laundry.
- Ironing.
- Wardrobe Management.
- Purchasing household supplies.
The two Housekeepers will share a newly-renovated room with access to a shared bathroom in this household that sits on the beach.
The family is after polite hardworking & flexible Housekeepers endowed with a can-do attitude and an attention to this multi-faceted pivotal role the Housekeepers will deliver exceptional service will routinely inspect the home to ensure that it remains in pristine condition.
It shall be expected that the sought Housekeepers have had experience ideally leveraged in high-end homes or high-end hospitality.
Adhering to confidentiality is non-negotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy.
This Dubai-based role is to start ASAP ideally on 25th August 2025.
Requirements
The duties shall include but not limited to:
- Experience in spacious semi-formal households.
- Prior housekeeping roles in a luxurious environment.
- Catering to all the Principals needs the familys the childrens & any guests needs.
- Maximizing guest experience.
- Strategic planning.
- Being used to working in fast-paced environments.
- Conducting tasks in the most-timely manner.
- Outstanding greeting skills.
- Holding open lines of communication with colleagues and other household staff.
- Running errands.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Coming with a VIP background or a top-notch 5-star hospitality background.
- Child-friendly candidates.
- Culturally aware.
- An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised.
- Excellent communicator.
- Approachable & supportive.
- Not being fazed by last-minute arrangements.
- Acting graciously under pressure.
- Swimmers are desirable but by no means an obligation.
- Languages: Russian & French desirable (not at all essential).
