Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in the Business Supplies and Equipment sector. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing our store operations and leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store ensuring that sales targets are met inventory is well-managed and that customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all store activities including sales merchandising inventory control and staff management.
Recruit train and develop store staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations.
Manage budgets control expenses and optimize operational costs.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or related field preferred.
Proven experience in retail management preferably within the business supplies or equipment industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in inventory management and retail POS systems.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
