Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor for an experienced HR Manager. Were looking for a hands-on HR generalist who has led HR in construction / fit-out / manufacturing can manage a high-volume site office workforce and ensure full HR legal and HSE compliance while supporting business growth.
You will lead the end-to-end HR function talent acquisition HR operations employee relations government relations (PRO) camp management and HSE culture acting as a strategic HR business partner to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition & onboarding for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Oversee HR operations: payroll administration HRIS / employee records attendance and leave management.
- Manage government relations / PRO: visas work permits renewals and related documentation.
- Develop implement and enforce HR policies & procedures in line with UAE Labour Law.
- Oversee camp / staff accommodation management and employee welfare.
- Drive employee engagement performance management and retention initiatives.
- Support employee relations: counselling grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure HSE compliance in coordination with QHSE teams and promote a strong safety culture.
- Contribute to workforce planning and HR inputs for organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years progressive HR experience including 3 years in an HR Manager role.
- Industry experience is mandatory: construction fit-out or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law immigration processes and HSE requirements.
- Proven track record managing large diverse workforces (including site-based staff).
- Solid experience in payroll HR operations camp management and visa processing.
- Strong leadership stakeholder management communication skills and high integrity.
