Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Team Head Sales & Services to lead sales growth manage client relationships and drive operational excellence for our HR Staffing Solutions and SaaS/Cloud Services portfolio in the UAE. This role requires a strong blend of sales leadership technical understanding of cloud/SaaS products and deep expertise in staffing/recruitment service delivery.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities (UAE Market Focus)
- Develop & execute effective sales strategies to expand UAE market share.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets with at least 10% growth.
- Acquire new UAE-based clients with minimum 5 new contracts per quarter.
- Improve customer satisfaction scores by 15% based on UAE customer expectations.
- Reduce client complaints by 20% through proactive follow-up and service quality.
- Increase customer retention by 10% YoY through relationship-building in UAE sectors.
- Provide leadership coaching & training to enhance team closing rate by 25%.
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with 100% team participation.
- Promote at least one team member annually based on UAE talent development plans.
- Develop competitive market positioning strategies tailored to UAE.
- Build relationships with UAE industry partners & influencers (min 3 annually).
- Automate or improve minimum 2 operational processes per year reducing time by 15%.
Requirements
HR Staffing
- Knowledge of RPO contract staffing outsourcing manpower supply
- Strong UAE market understanding & client hiring cycles
SaaS / Cloud
- Experience selling SaaS products HRMS ATS CRM ERP
- Understanding of cloud basics integrations subscriptions
Sales & Leadership
- B2B sales experience target-driven
- Strong client engagement negotiation & presentation skills
- Team leadership & performance management
