Matillion is seeking a high-performingPartner Sales Managerin the UAE to drive both direct and indirect revenue growth through strategic partner relationships across the Middle East. This role combines quota-carrying sales responsibilities with the development and management of a robust partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for selling Matillion solutions directly via partners identifying and onboarding new channel partners and creating joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and achieve a direct sales quota through partner-influenced opportunities.
    • Identify recruit and onboard new technology consulting and reseller partners in the UAE region.
    • Build strong long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners including co-selling strategies marketing initiatives and enablement programs.
    • Provide guidance training and support to partners to ensure they can successfully sell Matillion solutions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing and customer success teams to maximize partner-driven revenue.
    • Track and report on partner performance pipeline and revenue metrics.
    • Stay current with industry trends competitive landscape and SaaS ecosystem developments.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in SaaS sales with a quota-carrying responsibility preferably through partner channels.
    • Strong experience managing partner ecosystems including recruitment enablement and co-selling.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Knowledge of the Middle East market and business culture is highly desirable.
    • Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with cloud data integration analytics or related technologies is a plus.
