We are seeking a creative and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join in a dynamic marketing team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury service industry with a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences and driving digital performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the hotels brand rooms restaurants and experiences.
- Manage online presence across all digital platforms including website social media email marketing and third-party travel sites (OTAs).
- Oversee content creation ensuring alignment with brand identity and global marketing standards.
- Analyse campaign performance and digital analytics to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales PR F&B events) to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO/SEM social media ads and online reputation management.
- Coordinate with digital agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools analytics platforms (Google Analytics Meta Business Suite etc.) and SEO/SEM best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Experience in photography videography or content creation is a plus.
- Locally available & with UAE experience is a plus.
Salary offered:
Basic Salary: AED 8000-9000 / USD 2100-2450
Housing allowance: AED 3750 / USD 1020
Transportation allowance: AED 500/ USD 136
