Black & Grey HR is representing a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai UAE seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in high-end hospitality and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and interior fit out with a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects within time cost and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit-out projectsfrom concept design coordination and planning to execution handover and post-delivery support.
- Manage luxury hospitality residential and mixed-use development projects ensuring alignment with client expectations and premium quality standards.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies schedules and budgets in collaboration with design production and site teams.
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams and external contractors ensuring all work is executed per design intent specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients consultants suppliers and subcontractors to maintain smooth project flow and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee procurement schedules shop drawings sample approvals and production milestones related to joinery and fit-out elements.
- Monitor project budgets cost variations and risk registers ensuring strong commercial control and timely decision-making.
- Drive quality assurance and compliance with company standards health and safety regulations and local authority requirements.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients with complete transparency.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering collaboration accountability and performance excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in project management roles focused on joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale hospitality and residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments.
- Deep understanding of joinery production fit-out methodologies and material procurement processes.
- Expertise in project planning budgeting scheduling and quality management.
- Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD BIM and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills.
