ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute the propertys sales strategy driving revenue growth across all business segments. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong relationship-building skills a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

What youll do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all segments including corporate leisure events and group bookings.

  • Identify pursue and manage new business opportunities in line with the propertys brand and positioning.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize promotional activities and yield strategies.

  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and analysis to inform decision-making and monitor performance.

  • Represent the property at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.

  • Support the pre-opening team in establishing standard sales processes and protocols.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff fostering a high-performing and motivated team.


Qualifications :

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or lifestyle sales preferably in luxury hospitality.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

  • Knowledge of hospitality sales systems and CRM tools.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
