We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute the propertys sales strategy driving revenue growth across all business segments. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong relationship-building skills a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.
What youll do
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all segments including corporate leisure events and group bookings.
Identify pursue and manage new business opportunities in line with the propertys brand and positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize promotional activities and yield strategies.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and analysis to inform decision-making and monitor performance.
Represent the property at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
Support the pre-opening team in establishing standard sales processes and protocols.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or lifestyle sales preferably in luxury hospitality.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Knowledge of hospitality sales systems and CRM tools.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
