About the Role

Were looking for 2 qualified Female Personal Trainers who bring confidence professionalism and authenticity to their sessions. Youll be part of a high-energy environment that values teamwork results and community spirit.

What Youll Do:

- Deliver personalized training sessions and build strong client relationships

- Help members achieve their fitness goals through expert coaching and motivation

- Represent the brands energetic community-focused ethos both on and off the gym floor

- Maintain high professional standards and uphold the facilitys premium service quality

What Were Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years of personal training experience preferred

- Recognised personal training qualification (minimal REPs Level 3 or equivalent)

- Confident knowledgeable and approachable personality

- Passion for fitness and commitment to helping others achieve results

- Must currently be based in the UAE (local hires preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

- First 3 months: Base salary: AED 4500 50/50 split on PT sessions

- After first 3 months: AED 150 per session for first 40 sessions 60% commission thereafter

- Visa

- Medical insurance provided

- Uniform provided - Facility currently has a contract with Puma. Tops bottoms & shoes provided

- 30 days paid annual leave air ticket allowance every 2 years

- 6-day work week (schedule based on client requirements)

Shift Type: First 3 months shifts based on the business 6 days working 1 day off.

**No set schedule thereafter - schedule to be based on the PT client requirements. KPI to be met.
