Purpose of the position
The Regional Manager at Pernod Ricard is responsible for driving sales and brand visibility across the designated region while embodying our unique culture and values.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Distributor Management
Forge strong partnerships with local distribution partner to ensure optimal product representation.
Implement creative marketing strategies tailored to regional tastes and preferences.
Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams in the development of brand campaigns for On-Trade Off-Trade & e-Commerce channels.
Drive Sales Growth
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Establish the channel & portfolio strategy objective and schedules; oversee customer segmentation and distribution plans; assess design manage monitor and optimize contracts pricing and trade terms to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets across the region.
Motivate and coach direct reports share knowledge and provide leadership solutions.
Monitor and evaluate performance recommend promotion bonus and competency assessment gradings in order to secure a committed and efficient team
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Manage the sales forecast process in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth.
Provide backup rationale for monthly reports (sales volume CBM competitor movements) to Commercial Director.
Foster a Unified Team Culture

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in sales & distributor management preferably in the UAE beverage or FMCG sector.
