Role Overview
The Advertising Operations Associate is responsible for tracking reporting and generating insights for all advertising campaigns on . This role ensures campaigns are documented measured and reported in a way that supports the sales process and provides vendors with structured post-campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Data & Tracking
Document campaign deliverables timelines and formats in tracking systems.
Maintain and monitor the ad inventory calendar (booked vs. executed).
Collect campaign execution evidence (screenshots placements links).
Performance Reporting
Track performance metrics including impressions clicks engagement and
sales uplift (where applicable).
Prepare structured end-of-campaign reports for vendors with KPIs visuals
and delivery summaries.
Deliver weekly/monthly internal reports comparing booked vs. executed
campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimizations.
Sales Support
Equip the sales team with campaign insights and reports to demonstrate ROI
to vendors.
Support sales pitches and renewals with data-driven learnings.
Process Optimization
Standardize campaign reporting templates and tracking dashboards.
Maintain organized reporting archives for reference and benchmarking.
Support competitive analysis to feed into sales strategies.
Timely Reporting % post-campaign reports sent within 5 working days.
Revenue Tracking Accuracy % campaigns with complete performance documentation.
Insights Delivered Avg. number of recommendations per campaign.

Experience
3-5 years of experience in advertising operations digital marketing media planning campaign management or performance reporting ideally within e-commerce retail marketplaces or digital agencies.
Hands-on experience with campaign tracking reporting analytics or ad operations processes.
Familiarity with advertising metrics such as impressions CTR conversions engagement and sales uplift.
Experience working with ad dashboards report generation tools Excel/Google Sheets or analytics platforms.
Previous experience documenting campaign executions is an advantage.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales Marketing or Content is beneficial.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Media Communications or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets especially pivot tables charts and formula-based analysis.
Comfortable interpreting data and converting it into clear actionable insights.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail especially in tracking deliverables and ensuring reporting accuracy.
