Looking for a Guest relations agent for our client based in Dubai.

Requirements :

Review arrival lists to welcome guests
Attend all the guest and answer their inquiries
Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. business service area description)
Provide information about the offerings business services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Offer assistance with certain tasks
Address customer concerns and escalate to the guest relations manager when needed
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements

Experience as Guest Relations Agent for at least a year
Proficiency in English and knowledge of Russian language is a plus
Should be able to join immediately.
