Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead companys financial operations drive strategic decision-making and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare accurate financial reports statements and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and tax requirements.
ERP & Process Leadership:
- Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows reporting and automation.
- Monitor cash flow accounts and financial transactions for accuracy.
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors tax advisors and regulatory bodies. S
Strategic & Team Leadership:
Strategic & Team Leadership:
- Mentor and supervise accounting staff fostering a high-performance team.
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field (Master s/MBA preferred).
- 5 years in financial management with 3 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory).
- Strong grasp of financial regulations tax compliance and IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling data analysis and ERP optimization.
