Intelligent Solutions has partnered with an esteemed organization to hire a Head of Human Resources. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR functions and aligning people initiatives with the companys growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a female Arabic-speaking HR professional with a strong track record in building effective HR frameworks fostering organizational culture and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
- Design and implement HR strategies policies and frameworks that promote a high-performance employee-centric culture.
- Drive talent acquisition onboarding and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations performance management compensation and benefits and learning & development programs.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop workforce planning succession strategies and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to HR teams to enhance capability efficiency and engagement.
- Continuously assess HR processes introducing best practices and technology-driven improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR matters driving people strategies that support sustainable growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field (masters degree preferred).
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
- Approximately 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within the UAE.
- Proven expertise across the full HR lifecycle recruitment employee relations performance management L&D and C&B.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws HR policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
- High level of integrity discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
