We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager to join at 5-star Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality excellent leadership skills and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As the Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and lobby lounge ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the restaurant and lobby lounge operations including budgeting inventory management and staff scheduling
Train develop and supervise a team of servers bartenders and other restaurant staff
Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the companys standards of quality and presentation
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and lobby lounge
Handle guest inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent service standards and product knowledge
Prepare and present reports on restaurant and lobby lounge performance to upper management

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu planning cost control and inventory management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations and laws
Fluency in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: AED10000 plus service charge
Meals on duty
