Guest Assistance: Help guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort: Accompany guests to their rooms explain room features and amenities.
Delivery: Handle guest requests for deliveries messages or special items.
Lobby Presence: Maintain an attentive presence in the lobby to assist guests.
Valet Support: Provide support to valet services as needed.
Qualifications :

Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements international standards health and safety regulations company policies ISO standards and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing storage handling maintenance communication and preparation practices across all departments.
Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving luggage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
