In this strategic role youll drive product inclusion in major energy projects deliver expert technical support and shape the future of insulation performance in the region.
Your Tasks:
Develop and manage engineering specifications for energy projects across MEA
Secure product inclusion by engaging with Owners EPCs and consultants
Support detailed design phases including technical drawings and quantity take-offs
Deliver technical calculations and proposals during bidding stages
Conduct technical audits at key CAPEX and OPEX sites
Provide training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate on product development testing and certification processes
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 10 years in oil & gas or industrial insulation
Strong expertise in insulation systems performance calculations and specification-driven environments
Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and piping layouts
Proven ability to deliver technical support and engage stakeholders effectively
Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally insulation design software
Willing to travel across the MEA region as needed
