ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Manager with an architectural background and proven experience in miniature building and architectural model creation. This role bridges creative design with project execution overseeing the development of scale models used for construction presentations urban planning exhibitions and client approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage endtoend project lifecycle for architectural miniature/model building projects.

Collaborate with architects designers and clients to understand model specifications and requirements.

Plan timelines allocate resources and ensure timely delivery of highquality models.

Supervise modelmaking teams ensuring precision realism and adherence to design intent.

Source and manage materials tools and fabrication techniques specific to scale modeling.
-
Oversee quality control model presentation and client review sessions.
-
Coordinate with vendors contractors and crossfunctional teams to align with project goals.

Ensure project documentation budgeting and reporting is maintained accurately.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Architecture Architectural Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural model making and project management.

Strong understanding of construction techniques scale spatial design and visual presentation.

Handson experience with modelmaking tools 3D printing laser cutting and crafting materials.

Excellent leadership time management and organizational skills.

Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into detailed physical models.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on models for real estate exhibitions or governmental master plans.

Familiarity with CAD software SketchUp Rhino and other 3D visualization tools.

Strong artistic and manual craftsmanship skills.
