Ontime Group is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our this role you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our clients and staff while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks teas and other beverages to clients and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients taking orders and ensuring a pleasant experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and equipment reordering as necessary
- Keep up to date with coffee trends and techniques to enhance service quality
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with occasional food preparation and serving as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and coffee types
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
