We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman Fabrication to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing fabrication projects ensuring highquality output and maintaining a safe work environment.

Supervise and coordinate fabrication teams to meet production goals and quality standards
Interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to plan and execute fabrication projects
Allocate resources assign tasks and schedule work to optimize productivity and efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines
Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques safety procedures and best practices
Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency
Manage inventory and order materials as needed to support fabrication projects
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including progress reports and production logs

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fabrication industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Proven track record of successfully managing fabrication projects and teams
Extensive knowledge of fabrication techniques processes and quality control procedures
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and protocols in the fabrication industry
Proficiency in project management and team leadership
Outstanding problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical degree in fabrication preferred
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. AWS OSHA) are highly desirable
Indepth knowledge of metal fabrication welding processes and industrial safety standards
Familiarity with computeraided design (CAD) software and production management systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as project demands require
