Achieving strategic goals by implementing and execution of the budge with full accountability on P&L Revenues Customer Satisfaction facilitate support on operational cash flow product level strategy and employee management.
Responsibilities
- Develop execute and oversee a business strategy focused on financial gain in collaboration with Department Heads peers that prioritizes company growth cross selling and achieve positive customer ratings.
- Responsible for the allocation of staffing budget and resources to meet the department requirements.
- Review and analyze sales performances against targets and develop plans to overcome any shortage.
- Apply all necessary precautions to avoid any future liability on the company.
- Review and initial all clients contracts including but not limited to scope payment terms termination clause liabilityetc.
- Manages effective relationships with clients vendors.
- Conduct market study to capture volume of business in different sectors to plan business expansion.
- Compliance to all applicable policies procedures and work instructions as per QHSE ISO applicable standards SAAC and SASO and legal/ regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Post Graduate qualification in Management/Engineering or MBA is preferred.
- Relevant qualification and certification as per required system standards.
- 12 years experience in the same field with 10 years supervisory experience.
