How does your working day look like
- Supervise and manage spa staff including aestheticians massage therapists receptionists and cleaning staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and efficient operation during slower periods.
- Provide training for new and existing staff to maintain high service standards and keep them updated on the latest techniques and industry trends.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee front desk operations ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process handling reservations and addressing client inquiries.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory including skincare products oils and other consumables.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and drive sales goals encouraging upselling of services and products.
- Ensure that all spa equipment is in good working order coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality providing feedback and guidance to staff as needed.
- Ensure the spa complies with all local health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of spa services financial transactions and employee performance.
- Generate regular reports on spa performance for upper management.
- Handle customer complaints or staff conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
- Make informed decisions on matters related to staff services and overall spa management.
- Stay informed about industry trends new treatments and technologies and implement changes to keep the spa competitive.
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- You have 3-5 years of experience in similar role of Head Spa therapist knowledge of local market experience in hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills.
- Previous experience in spa therapy would be recommended.
- Knowledge of driving revenue and ensuring maximum efficiency of the booking channels.
