Lead the Future of Product Strategy with AM PM in Dubai

Join AM PM as Senior Product Manager and become a key player in redefining innovation in sanitary ware.
Drive growth shape global product strategy and lead a highperforming team in a dynamic international environment.

Tasks

Analyze sales performance and product profitability.
Plan and manage the assortment matrix in line with brand positioning.
Develop briefs for design and engineering teams.
Launch new products and adapt existing ones for new markets.
Optimize assortment by removing lowperforming SKUs and improving financial efficiency.
Drive international assortment strategy and ensure of category plans.
Define pricing and sales strategies manage margins.
Lead marketing initiatives and adjust sales targets as needed.
Manage supplier relations and participate in negotiations with key partners.
Lead coordinate and support the development of the team including direct management of 23 team members.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Head of Category Head of Product etc..
Proficiency in English (B2C1 and Russian (C1C2.
Strong analytical thinking and leadership potential.
Proactive mindset with the ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
High level of selforganization and responsibility.
