ORGANIZATION
- Reports to: Senior Visual Manager
- Job Location: Dubai UAE
- Contract type: Fix term contract (renewal)
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual with a passion for visual merchandising and retail design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes materials and industry standards. They should be able to work independently manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines.
While experience is valuable we are also open to considering talented individuals with less experience who demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role.
Main Responsibilities:
Permanent Merchandising:
- Manage new furniture production / renovations ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee project logistics across the GCC: shipping customs mall permits and installations.
- Coordinate with suppliers distributors and internal stakeholders for smooth .
- Liaise with retailers for fixture relocations when required
- Maintain counter fixtures and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of unit information.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are met.
Cost Optimization and Budget Management:
- Obtain quotations raise POs and track project budgets.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Assist in building and managing the VM budget.
Profile:
- Essential Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Understanding of production processes and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of design software (Photoshop AutoCAD)
- Experience in the beauty industry
- A degree in a relevant field
- A valid drivers license
