We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Agent with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have their own valid visa and possess a pleasing personality along with a strong passion for property sales. You will be responsible for generating leads closing deals and providing exceptional customer service while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Location : Abu Dhabi UAE
Job Type: Full time (Only Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and follow up on quality leads provided in-house.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the admin team for smooth transaction processing and documentation.
- Attend in-house training sessions and participate in career development programs.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Must have own valid visa.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.
