About the Role:
We are looking for two Hospitality Sales Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving sales managing client relationships and ensuring smooth coordination of hospitality services. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales proposals contracts and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and longterm partnerships.
- Manage guest inquiries and followups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and guest experiences.
- Track sales performance generate reports and provide insights for business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in hospitality sales catering or reservations.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations hotel booking systems and event planning.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with event sales and group reservations in hotels or restaurants.
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality industry standards and client preferences.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
