About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. You will play a key role in driving business growth within the HR Tech Fintech and Recruitment sectors by acquiring new clients nurturing relationships and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HR Tech Fintech and Recruitment sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitors and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate terms close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in business development preferably in HR Tech Fintech or Recruitment.
- Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages will be an advantage.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
