We are currently working with a global giant within the consumer space to recruit a Sales Leader/Head of Sales in Saudi Arabia. This position will leads business development for the country and is responsible for topline and margin expansion and distributor engagement as well as to drive excellence in inmarket and grow market share for the companies brands.

What Youll be Doing

• Lead regional supply chain operations ensuring efficiency costeffectiveness and compliance across MEA markets.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth and optimize inventory management.
• Oversee demand & supply planning logistics warehousing and distributor management to enhance service levels.
• Collaborate closely with commercial regulatory and finance teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement digitalization and process optimization to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with global supply chain standards regulations and industry best practices.

Who You Are

• 10 years of experience in supply chain management preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in demand planning S&OP logistics and distributor management across MEA markets.
• Proven ability to lead largescale supply chain operations and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience working in a regional leadership role within a multinational organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management analytical and leadership skills.
