Job Description:

Avanceon is a leading provider of Industrial Automation solutions committed to delivering high-quality engineering services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tube Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Tube Bending and Assembling in WHCP:
   1. Perform tube bending and assembling activities with precision and adherence to safety standards within the Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) environment.
   2. Ensure the seamless integration of tubes and related components to meet project specifications.
2. Tube Bending and Assembling in Chemical Injection Skid:
   1. Execute tube bending and assembling tasks for Chemical Injection Skids demonstrating expertise in working with various materials and specifications.
   2. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tube layouts for efficient skid performance.
3. Fabrication Related Queries in Sub-contractor Facility:
   1. Resolve fabrication-related queries at sub-contractor facilities ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
   2. Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of fabrication activities.
4. Test and Commissioning Activities:
   1. Participate in test and commissioning activities at project sites ensuring the functionality and integrity of tube systems.
   2. Collaborate with the commissioning team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
5. Mechanical Miscellaneous Works:
   1. Undertake various mechanical tasks as directed based on project needs and evolving situations.
   2. Demonstrate adaptability and versatility in handling different mechanical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tube Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of tube bending assembling and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with WHCP and Chemical Injection Skid systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills especially in resolving fabrication-related issues.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in participating in test and commissioning activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training.
