Job Description - Sales Executive (Wills)
As a Sales Executive (Wills) your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities guide clients through the processes providing expert advice and support to ensure a smooth and successful setup and drive growth for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze client requirements and provide assistance and information on product/service.
- Follow and achieve department s sales goals on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
- Remain knowledgeable on product/service offered.
- Pitch new ideas and approach on both the product and clients.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Requirements
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years of extensive experience of working in Consultative Sales.
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong sales negotiation and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales planning skills.
