Description
The CRM Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience by managing and optimizing our CRM system. This full-time position in Dubai UAE involves maintaining and updating customer databases ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background and experience in customer service or CRM roles with a strong focus on communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records and trading history in the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of customer data.
- Handle client follow-ups quotations and post-sale support via the CRM platform.
- Coordinate with the sales logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track inquiries quotations and customer feedback for reporting and improvement.
- Create and run targeted campaigns to support product promotions and announcements.
- Analyze CRM data to generate insights and reports on customer behavior and sales performance.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Train team members on CRM usage and ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role preferably in a trading or B2B company.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
