Admin & Operations
- Accurately and promptly process purchase orders expense reports and vendor invoices.
- Handle office-supply needs and departmental filings to support basic Marketing operations.
- Coordinate client or guest requests for hotel photoshoots and video shoots.
- Prepare complimentary request forms entertainment forms and departmental vouchers as needed.
- Assist with media stays and influencer reviews including organizing hotel or site tours.
- Manage inventory for Marketing and Sales promotional giveaways.
F&B Channel Updates:
- Coordinate updates and promotions on F&B partner channels such as ServMe platform to maximize exposure and drive bookings.
Social Media Support:
- Assisting the Assistant Marketing Manager/DOM to plan and execute organic & paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms targeting markets for both rooms and F&B.
Content & Collateral Production:
- Assist the Marketing Manager/DOM in creating brochures presentations digital graphics and offline promotional items for both rooms and F&B.
- Assisting any content creation mood board and monthly F&B photoshoot
- Manage the production lifecycle: from briefing to delivery from suppliers
Liaise with Agencies:
- Work closely with the agencies to conceptualize and create menu designs promotional collaterals and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all design assets align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to
New Trends and Marketing Channels Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging marketing channels and innovative strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business expansion and make recommendations for incorporating new marketing channels into the overall strategy.
Qualifications :
Skills Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Preferably a proven experience in marketing and communications preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Arabic is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
