Role Overview:
As our Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Twitch YouTube TikTok and Instagram. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility user acquisition and engagement through strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators. Experience in the B2B side of iGaming is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across Twitch YouTube TikTok and Instagram.
Identify recruit and maintain relationships with gaming influencers and content creators.
Manage endtoend influencer campaigns including outreach negotiation contracts content briefs and reporting.
Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
Collaborate with internal teams including content creative product and performance marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
Stay uptodate on influencer trends social media developments and platform algorithm changes.
Provide competitive analysis and insights on market trends within the influencer and iGaming space.
Assist with B2B marketing initiatives where relevant such as affiliate collaborations events or digital campaigns.

Requirements:

35 years of proven marketing experience working with Twitch streamers YouTubers TikTokers and Instagram influencers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Selfstarter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
Familiarity with influencer campaign tools and analytics platforms.
Bonus: Experience or network within the B2B iGaming industry (e.g. affiliate marketing platform providers operators).
