Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Joinery Painter to carry out painting polishing and finishing work on wooden furniture and joinery products. The ideal candidate should have good experience in spray painting staining and surface preparation with a strong focus on quality and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spray painting polishing staining and coating on wood surfaces
- Prepare surfaces (sanding filling cleaning) before finishing
- Mix and match paints stains or varnishes as required
- Ensure smooth and even finishes according to specifications
- Maintain painting tools spray booths and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and workshop standards
- Work closely with carpenters and supervisors to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in joinery or wood painting
- Skilled in spray painting hand painting and wood finishing techniques
- Knowledge of paint types stains and surface treatments
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Ability to read basic instructions and follow job specifications
- Familiarity with health and safety rules in a workshop environment
