They ensure that tasks are completed efficiently safely and according to project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and workers on-site
Assign duties and monitor progress of work
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Read and interpret blueprints plans and technical drawings
Coordinate with engineers supervisors and subcontractors
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Keep accurate records of labor materials and work progress
Resolve on-site issues and report to management
