We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Agency Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care including assessments medication administration wound care IV therapy and documentation.

Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and facility staff as required.

Follow individualized care plans facility policies and clinical best practices.
-
Maintain accurate and timely nursing records in accordance with facility standards.
-
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
-
Adhere to infection control protocols patient safety guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Work collaboratively with facility teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Travel to assigned locations and adapt quickly to varying clinical settings and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
-
Active RN or LPN/LVN license in Insert State/Region of Practice.
-
BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS preferred depending on assignment.
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience (hospital LTC or outpatient settings).
-
Experience in acute care geriatrics med-surg or critical care is a plus.
Skills:

Strong clinical and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and procedures.
Preferred Attributes:

Previous agency or travel nursing experience.
-
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems).

Multi-state licensure or willingness to travel (for travel nurse roles).
