Role Overview:
To promote the Rent a Car service to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits and responsible for generating sales by identifying new prospects and selling products to them. The person in this role is a key contact between the company and its clients: answering queries offering advice and introducing new products and maintain long term relationships with the customers.
- Identify new opportunities in the market and approach customers to increase sales generation.
- Meet sales and gross margin targets allocated for the given year.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
- Perform daily selling activities: Conduct sales calls customer visits demonstrations proposal creation/presentation and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes.
- Conduct research on industry trends market activities and competitors and propose enhancements to our services by providing regular feedback to management.
- Submit daily weekly and monthly reports to management on customer visits & feedback current deals and prospect customers.
- Formulate a monthly individual sales forecast with a high level of accuracy to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales admin and marketing staff as a good team player and provide support whenever required.
- Prepare quotes and business proposals and maintain regular follow up with the clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for B2B with pre-determined gross profit margins on sales.
- Assist in the collection of outstanding receivables with the customers as per the contract terms and conditions.
- Use the company CRM and follow Group Sales Process.
- Enter the sales information in Sales Force on daily basis.
