The Emiratization Officer is responsible for overseeing the full scope of Emirati employee management within the company from assessing Emiratization requirements to ensuring full compliance with government entities such as Nafis MOHRE and pension authorities. This role supports the companys nationalization strategy and ensures adherence to all related regulatory frameworks.
- Assess company needs for Emirati hiring in line with MOHREs Emiratization targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to identify suitable roles and initiate hiring of UAE Nationals as needed.
- Register new Emirati hires on the Nafis platform and ensure activation of support benefits (salary subsidies pension contributions etc.).
- Register Emirati employees with the correct pension authority based on their location of work or residence.
- Monitor the companys account with the relevant pension fund (GPSSA or ADPF)
- Monitor and follow up on monthly pension contributions and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare accurate Emiratization reports on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Coordinate with government entities on Emiratization compliance updates or specific employee cases.
- Maintain complete and uptodate records for all Emirati employees in line with government regulations.
- Follow up with Nafis or pension entities regarding delays document issues or system queries.
Qualifications :
- Nationality: UAE National (mandatory)
- Experience: 12 years in HR Emiratization
- Solid understanding of MOHRE Nafis GPSSA and Abu Dhabi Pension Fund systems and requirements
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
