Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Director to lead the development and execution of Bitunixs global brand strategy. This role is pivotal in transforming Bitunix into a globally recognized usercentric and emotionally resonant brand within the cryptocurrency exchange space. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of branding storytelling and digital finance combined with a passion for building communities and delivering impactful marketing initiatives. A key focus of the role will be to enhance branding across both online and offline channels ensuring a consistent engaging and highimpact presence in every user interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and evolution of Bitunixs global brand positioning ensuring alignment with the companys longterm vision and core values.
- Establish and maintain a strong consistent brand identity and voice across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
- Craft a compelling and emotionally engaging brand narrative that resonates with a global audience from firsttime crypto users to experienced traders.
- Champion a usercentric approach to branding and marketing ensuring that all strategies are grounded in community needs and insights.
- Plan and execute integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with higher management as well as crossfunctional teams including product growth design and customer support to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and initiatives.
- Localize and adapt brand strategies to suit different geographic markets taking into account cultural nuances regulatory environments and user behaviors.
- Analyze brand performance through key metrics and customer feedback using insights to continuously refine and optimize brand strategies.
- Lead and inspire internal teams and external partners to deliver worldclass creative output that reflects the Bitunix brand.
- Foster a culture of strategic agility and continuous improvement enabling the brand to respond effectively to emerging trends in the digital finance and crypto space.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in brand strategy marketing leadership or related roles preferably in fintech crypto or highgrowth tech companies.
Proven success in building and scaling global brands with strong emotional resonance.
Expertise in communitydriven and digitalfirst marketing strategies. Experience managing crossfunctional teams and external creative agencies.
Deep understanding of the crypto/web3 ecosystem and its culture. Strong storytelling communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes. Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus.
