We are seeking a professional and customerfocused Front Office Night Manager to join our luxury hotel in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee all front office operations during the night shift ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth hotel operations.
- Manage and supervise the night shift front office team including reception concierge and bell staff
- Oversee checkin and checkout procedures ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and optimize room inventory and rates during night hours
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of night audit procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to address any guestrelated issues or emergencies
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff during night hours
- Prepare daily reports and communicate important information to the day shift management
- Train and mentor front office staff to maintain high service standards
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel front office operations with previous supervisory or management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality guest experiences
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Familiarity with local tourism regulations and cultural norms in Dubai
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred
- Hotel management certifications are a plus
- Flexibility to work night shifts weekends and holidays as required
