الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee purchasing activities including vendor selection negotiation and order placement
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies and implement costsaving initiatives
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to fulfill departmental purchasing needs
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies local regulations and industry standards including HACCP
- Train and mentor junior purchasing staff while conducting regular vendor performance reviews
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and procurement software
- Excellent communication analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and HACCP standards
- Strong leadership problemsolving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with local suppliers and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred
