Our client is looking to hire a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Manager to lead their regional marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the clients B2B marketing strategy driving lead generation and building brand awareness across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & : Develop and implement datadriven B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and company goals.
Lead Generation: Partner with sales teams to identify target markets optimize lead quality and execute multichannel campaigns (digital events social etc..
Team Leadership: Build mentor and manage a marketing team specializing in digital marketing event management and brand growth.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for our principal company ensuring alignment on branding campaigns and regional initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs analyze campaign effectiveness and deliver quarterly reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee SEO social media content marketing and marketing automation to maximize engagement and conversions.
Event & Brand Management: Plan and execute highimpact events tradeshows and partnerships to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
MBA in Marketing Business or a related field.
6 years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role (software/IT industry preferred).
Proven success in the Middle East & Africa markets.
Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot Salesforce) and analytics tools.
Strong digital marketing background (SEO social media content strategy).
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communicator (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Collaborative leader who can inspire teams and drive crossfunctional alignment.
