Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting networking and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and later existing clients
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers effectively
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline progress (Vision)
- Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven success and experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools as well as general comp skills
- Experience in IndustrySpecific Experience if applicable is preferred but not required.
